Un-Perfectly Chheeek Centerpieces SUSHI Centerpiece Hut!

Well Hello Again!!

This Venue is a bit different

I had a little too much fun in a Local Sushi Restaurant located in Ontario, Ca.

Kula Revolving Sushi Bar.

The restaurant uses petite green plates for their revolving sushi selections. This restaurant charges by how many plates you have at the end.

We had 16 Plates YIKES!! Yes we were hungry!!!

After, My friend and I finished devouring 16 plates of heaven she looked at me and said “Make a centerpiece” and of course I will never back down to a challenege.

I spent my Childhood decorating my plates with my left over food. This should be fun!
As I took time to analyze the stack of dirty plates, I thought "what will my brain come up with????"

My Tools:
9/10 chopsticks
16 plates (I didn't use all of them)
3 small white saucers
1 soy sauce tea pot
1 random pepper shaker

As the waitresses passed by they would never look or even acknowledge that I was potentially building a minature green house for Jiminy Cricket.

The plates are super light weight which meant every move created a mini Earthquake for Jiminy's House.

The first idea happened to turn into a Mickey mouse face - Not sure how close Jiminy and Mickey are, but I wouldn't want someone else's face on my house.

TRY AGAIN!!

Next I began to build a bridge with the delicately light plates.

I was sitting right next to the Sushi Bar and from behind I heard "Have you taken a picture of that yet?" I answered "Not yet" and he replied "Well you should because that is pretty cool" One of the Chefs was enjoying the show from behind!!!
"Someone was paying attention" Muahahaha

Hope you enjoyed my small Sushi Invasion, If you would like to read about my experience at the restaurant check out:

Target Meets Un-Perfectly Chheeek

Well Hello Target!!
You're my first invasion. I walked in the store nervous to see how this project would turn out since it was my first. I strolled down the main aisle, Quickly glanced at the Juniors section and continued down to the home department. Side Note: Targets Junior section is addicting and I was able to walk swiftly past it SCORE.
I enter the first Aisle and glance at the items to see what catches my attention first. After scanning over 40 items I finally feel like i've found a couple of fun items. So now its time to find a station to set up in hmmmmmm.... time to rearrange the shelves!! Side Note: I will always put everything back in the store 1. because if I don't that is just Lazy and Tacky. Now while proceeding through this process I did have a couple of shoppers slowly stroll past my Aisle and step back to take a glance "YES, I Caught your attention Shopper."  If I am ever approached by a team member, my killer line is as follows:
Sales Person: Hi, Can I help you.
Me: Oh. No Thank you, I am looking for Centerpiece options for a Celebrity party I am hosting shortly, but Thank You very Much.
Works like a charm....
Okay back on track! First item.. time to set up.
Note: I started small for my first project

you can also add colorful fabric in the bottom of the vase. Adding a satin orange material inside the bottom of the vase to match the orange flower would create a wonderful color pop.
